Following in the steps of the police corps in the cantons of Bern, Luzern and Basel, the Graubünden cantonal police are now also using Netcetera's ePolice Mobile to communicate via smartphones. The iPhone and Android apps are available free of charge at the iTunes App Store and Android Market in Switzerland. In addition to policing information, they also keep the public informed about road conditions and avalanches within the canton. For this, Netcetera integrated avalanche bulletins of the institute for snow and avalanche research, Davos, as well as road condition reports from the highways department in Graubünden.
