Global Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct activities together with the Marketing team to increase the awareness of our products and services, using digital and non-digital channels
  • Prepare and execute the lead generation together with Netcetera’s division structures as well as prospect the collected leads and transfer them to the Sales organization
  • Manage and conduct cold calling campaigns either with internal resources or with external resources specifically
  • Assist the Sales process with the internal administration topics for Sales support activities
  • This role is a home office based location

You

… bring in a Bachelor degree and have a strong customer-centric attitude. You have a proven track record in sales, telesales and sales support and you are a high energy team player with a positive attitude. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and superb verbal and written communications skills in English and German are a must.
