- Takeover of internal Windows-based IT services at 1st and 2nd level
- Responsible for operations according to agreed service level
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Takeover of Patching tasks for the corresponding IT systems
- Deputy for local Client Engineering (Win/Mac)
- Create documentation and publish it internally
- Solving tickets (incidents, requests, problems and change)
