In 2006, the Emirate introduced compulsory health insurance based on the European model. Now they were looking for a digital tool to monitor, analyze and, if necessary, regulate the health system. Netcetera, at that time represented by an office and five employees in the metropolis on the Persian Gulf for four years, was awarded the contract and develops the "Knowledge Engine for Health" software for the Health Authority.
The business intelligence solution analyzes the flow of data between healthcare providers and health insurance companies. Firstly, the authority learns whether all parties are complying with the agreements, secondly, what disease affects the population most frequently and thirdly, what everything costs.
