G+D Netcetera’s ACS certified by Jaywan, supporting the UAE’s Domestic Payment Network

G+D Netcetera’s Access Control Server (ACS) has been certified by Jaywan, the United Arab Emirates’ first domestic payment card network. This marks an important step in supporting the fast-growing domestic payments ecosystem within the UAE, which encompasses thousands of local banks and financial institutions, and serves over 60,000 merchants nationwide.

Jaywan was launched in 2024 as part of the UAE’s digital transformation strategy. It aims to provide a reliable, homegrown payment network that reduces transaction costs, accelerates payment processing, and promotes financial inclusion across the country. With its certification, G+D Netcetera’s ACS can support Jaywan issuers by offering secure, seamless payment authentication that is compliant with the EMV® 3-D Secure standards.

This collaboration enables UAE banks and financial institutions to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic digital payment landscape while delivering greater convenience and security for cardholders. G+D Netcetera’s solutions are designed to work smoothly with domestic and international payment networks, offering flexibility and confidence for banks and merchants alike.
