Netcetera appoints Nanette Haubensak as new CFO

Nanette Haubensak takes over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Netcetera as of 1 January 2023. She becomes a member of the Executive Committee and is expected to further focus the global software company and digital transformation expert on growth and internationalization.

Nanette Haubensak becomes CFO and member of the Executive Committee at the software company Netcetera. Haubensak takes over from the previous CFO a.I. Ronnie Brunner. She brings with her many years of experience in management functions in finance and controlling and as CFO, among others, from her activities at the listed Hochdorf Group and the Rieter Group. She is a proven financial expert and a convincing leader with an international background.

Together with the existing Netcetera Finance, Controlling, and Legal team, Nanette Haubensak will continue to consistently focus Netcetera on growth, internationalization, strengthening profitability and financing opportunities, and actively supporting the implementation of the strategy.

Nanette Haubensak takes over from Ronnie Brunner, the former CFO a.I. Ronnie Brunner will remain with Netcetera as a Fellow and member of the Board of Directors, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity.
