VISA 3DS 2.2 compliance for our ACS

Offer the best user experience for cardholders

The Netcetera Access Control Server (ACS) received the Letter of Compliance from VISA for the EMV® 3DS 2.2 protocol. This is an important step towards rolling out the latest protocol version to the industry and ensures the full use of the exemption possibilities for PSD2. We are among the first few to successfully finish 3-D Secure 2.2 compliance testing with VISA, including the support of enhanced SCA functionalities. Christian Huesch, EMV 3DS Vendor Engagement Manager at VISA, welcomes Netcetera into the group of 3-D Secure 2.2 compliant partners: «Congratulations to Netcetera and the involved team. We are happy to closely cooperate with Netcetera and get the market ready for PSD2.»

With the Letter of Compliance from VISA, the Netcetera ACS is ready to secure online credit card transactions according to the new 3DS 2.2 protocol. Customers do not have to do any certification to process VISA transactions according this latest standard. Issuers and banks can easily integrate with the Netcetera 3DS Issuer Service to apply strong customer authentication according regulation, offer a seamless cardholder experience and generate a larger number of successful transactions.
