Sign solution
Digital signature

A digital signature enables paperless, eIDAS-compliant and therefore legally valid signing of contracts and documents without time-consuming printing and sending.

Sign can be easily integrated into your systems via an API or conveniently used via flow . Reusing previously collected identification data is possible, as is using your own TAN procedure.

Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)

It fulfills the written form requirement and the reversal of the burden of proof and is legally recognized throughout Europe with the highest security level.

Qualified electronic signatures can be used, for example, in the context of consumer loan agreements, construction financing agreements, SEPA direct debit applications, bank account openings, capital-forming insurance policies/life insurance policies, authorizations of an insurance intermediary, temporary employment contracts and fixed-term employment contracts, rental and leasing agreements and their termination, e-tendering of public contracts and signatures of e-prescriptions, building applications and building permits, and any contracts and applications with a high legal liability risk.

Advanced Electronic Signature (AES)

It meets the requirements for textual communication with a high level of security.

Advanced electronic signatures are used, among other things, for simple employment contracts, partnership agreements (GbR, oHG, KG), powers of attorney, annual financial statements, purchase agreements, patent and trademark agreements, or social security and pension insurance documents.

“To offer users of our automated video identification solution Nect Wallet furher added value, we use Sign, the proven remote signature solution. The two solutions complement each other perfectly.”

- Carlo Ulbrich, Founder & CSO, Nect GmbH

“We have been working in close partnership for many years and have been using their qualified and advanced signatures very successfully in various digital application processes.”

- Thomas Laumann, Head of Digital Processes, Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG

“In our easycredit application process, we use Sign for qualified signatures, reusing existing identification data. The high level of acceptance among our customers underlines the user-friendliness of the application.”

- Teambank Product Management

“The G+D Netcetera signature portal allows us to use a standalone signature portal hosted in Germany. This enables us to provide our employees with secure signature processes without losing administrative control. The signature portal is an excellent choice for getting started with electronic signatures.”

- Franz Rothlauf, CIO, University of Mainz

Seal solution
Digital seal

A seal guarantees the origin, authenticity, and integrity of your documents. With our remote sealing service, Seal , you can affix a qualified electronic seal to your documents. This digital seal – also known as an electronic official seal in governmental contexts – has the same legal effect as a company stamp and must be recognized throughout the EU.

A qualified electronic seal can help ensure the integrity and authenticity of a digital document after a TR-RESISCAN scan or for TR-ESOR long-term storage. The qualified electronic seal uniquely identifies a company and can therefore also be used for registration with the European Product Registry for Energy Labelling (EPREL).

Qualified electronic seals for the EPREL database

The EPREL database (European Product Registry for Energy Labels) collects and manages energy labels, product data sheets, and technical information for energy-related products in the EU. Since February 2022, manufacturers and suppliers have been required to verify their company data in EPREL with a qualified electronic seal (for legal entities) or a qualified electronic signature (for natural persons).

The signature portal allows manufacturers to easily and independently seal the required registration PDF for EPREL.

“To digitally sign our documents with qualified signatures, we use the Signature portal. We were able to go live with the white-label solution within a very short time.”

- Andreas Meyer, Authorized signatory at NATIONAL-BANK Aktiengesellschaft

QTime solution
Digital timestamp

QTime is a trusted service for qualified digital timestamps that serve as evidence to confirm the authenticity and temporal context of information or files. A timestamp documents that information, such as a document, signature, or seal, existed at a specific point in time and continues to exist unchanged. The use of a timestamp is possible in combination with a signature or seal, thus ensuring the long-term validation of signatures and seals.

This service is also used to legally implement the requirements of the cross-border gambling regulatory system LUGAS.

Ident solution
Digital identification

In a digital world, secure and reliable online identification is more important than ever. With digital identity and identification via the eID card, we offer you a modern solution that not only saves time but also guarantees maximum security. The electronic identity card (eID) allows you to identify yourself quickly and easily – without any paperwork or long waiting times.

As an eID service provider, we fulfill all necessary official approvals and provide standardized interfaces through which the data of the electronic identity card, residence permit and Union citizen card can be accessed.

The data from the ID card chip can be read via an app, such as the German Federal Government's ID card app. This ID card data is end-to-end encrypted and therefore cannot be intercepted or viewed.

For the creation of qualified signatures, identification via eID is possible using the automated video procedure from our partner Nect or via classic video identification in our signature portal .

Ident is provided in cooperation with Governikus GmbH & Co. KG.

Flow solution
Digital Workflow Management

We are experts in modern workflow management with legally compliant signatures and seals. We help you quickly digitize and automate your work processes. Self-configurable workflows guide you through every step – our system is flexible and can be easily integrated into your existing infrastructure. With or without a signature.
