Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt und begleitest Kunden bei der Einführung unseres Verwaltungssystems P40 für Pensionskassen
  • Du analysierts Vorsorgereglemente, erkennst Standards und komplexe Konstellationen
  • Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und formulierst daraus Anforderungen an unsere Softwarelösung
  • Du analysierst Änderungen gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben und leitest die notwendigen Anpassungen für unsere Softwarelösung ab
  • Du führst Schulungen für unsere Kunden durch
  • Du berätst Kunden sowie das Produktteam bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam mit fachlichen Abklärungen bei der Ausarbeitung von Offerten
  • Du begleitest bei Kundenterminen und präsentierst die Softwarelösung

Dein Profil

Zeig uns, was du hast! Folgende Qualifikationen setzen wir voraus:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im BVG-Kontext oder als Business Analyst/Consultant im Zusammenhang mit Software-Lösungen mit
  • Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit
  • Du siehst dich als Dienstleister und bist den Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern gewohnt
  • Du willst Dinge verstehen und arbeitest genau
  • Fliessende und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:

  • Du bringst vertieftes BVG-Fachwissen mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Erfassen, Verstehen und Spezifizieren von Anforderungen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Datenmodellen und Datenbanken
  • Du kennst dich mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen aus und hast idealerweise schon bei solchen mitgewirkt
  • Du verstehst, wie eine Softwarelösung funktioniert und aufgebaut ist
