Hinweis: Diese Position wird als Karenzvertretung für voraussichtlich 18 Monate besetzt.

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von sowie Gesamtverantwortung für Events – von großen, internationalen Messeauftritten bis hin zu kleineren, exklusiven Veranstaltungen
  • Projektmanagement für Events: Management von Timelines, Budgets und Ressourcen
  • Entwicklung innovativer Eventkonzepte zur Wissensvermittlung und Leadgenerierung, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales- und Business-Teams
  • Systematische Analyse, Erfolgsmessung und Reporting der Events
  • Aktive, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation über diverse Kanäle (Mailings, Website und Social Media Kommunikation)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit diversen internen Marketing-Stakeholdern und externen Partnern

Die Entlohnung für diese Position beträgt mindestens EUR 60.000 brutto jährlich. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine marktkonforme Überzahlung vorgesehen.

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im (B2B) Event Marketing und dabei mit komplexen, mehrmonatigen Projekten mit vielen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Timelines, Budgets und Ressourcenplanung sowie Verhandlungsgeschick (Venues, Caterer, AV-Dienstleister, Hotels)
  • Verständnis für Lead-Generierung und Sales-Ziele und Kenntnisse in Post-Event-Reporting und ROI-Analyse
  • Verständnis für Verträge, AGBs und rechtliche Fallstricke sowie Kostenkontrolle
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Integration (v.a. Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot) zur Erfolgsmessung
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent, gepaart mit Proaktivität, Kreativität und Detailgenauigkeit
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu Messen und Events
