Bist du initiativ, kontaktfreudig und arbeitest selbstständig? Dann suchen wir genau dich! Als Office Coordinator an unserem Hauptsitz in Zürich bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere internationale Kundschaft, vermittelst die Werte von Netcetera und stellst ein breites Serviceangebot sicher.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Front- und Backoffice an unserem Hauptsitz in Zürich
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anrufen, Emails und Tickets
  • Postverarbeitung
  • Organisation von Reisen für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Dokumentenverwaltung, Pflege unserer Datenbank und Archivierung von Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Team und für andere Abteilungen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Administration mit
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und verfügst über eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Dich zeichnet eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1 Deutsch und B2 Englisch)
  • Du bist eine offene und engagierte Persönlichkeit und verfügst über ein sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

Die Öffnungszeiten im Frontoffice sind jeweils von Montag bis Freitag von 8 - 12 Uhr sowie nachmittags von 13 - 17 Uhr.
