Die international aufgestellte Business Unit ist ein wichtiger Wachstumstreiber für Netcetera. In dieser dynamischen Entwicklungsphase übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Ausbau unseres Geschäfts und gestaltest nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle für Individualsoftwareprojekte mit Schwerpunkt auf Banken und Versicherungen in der Schweiz und Liechtenstein – von der Gewinnung neuer Leads und der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen über RfIs und RfPs, die Angebotserstellung und Koordination von Pre-Sales, Delivery und Pricing bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung und zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Du akquirierst neue Kunden und identifizierst Opportunities über dein Netzwerk sowie durch gezielte Outbound-Aktivitäten. Darüber hinaus verantwortest du das Cross- und Upselling im Bestandskundenportfolio
  • Du erkennst Pain Points bei Kunden und nutzt unsere Expertise sowie Case Studies, um fundiertes Interesse zu wecken und passende individuelle Lösungsansätze zu positionieren
  • Du aktivierst relevante Marktakteure gezielt als Sales-Kanal, um frühzeitig Bedarf an Individualsoftwareprojekten zu erkennen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Business Development, Product, Marketing und Strategy zusammen
  • Du pflegst ein aktives Netzwerk im Umfeld von Finanzdienstleistern in der Schweiz und Liechtenstein und begleitest deine Kunden langfristig im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit den Entscheidungsträgern
  • Du verantwortest Forecast, Pipeline, Deal-Risiken und Commitments transparent gegenüber Management und Delivery

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens zehn Jahre Erfahrung im Financial-Services-Umfeld mit Fokus auf den Schweizer und Liechtensteiner Finanzmarkt sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Custom Solutions
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Verkauf und Abschluss komplexer Software- und IT-Projekte (Custom Solutions, Entwicklung, Modernisierung und Migration) sowie ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Erfahrung beim Aufbau neuer Märkte und Opportunity-Quellen aus frühen Ausgangslagen heraus
  • Stark ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und ein belastbares Netzwerk im Financial-Services-Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Entscheidungsträgern und Stakeholdern sowie Erfahrung in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, mit RfPs und RfIs, in Vertragsprozessen und in der Steuerung von Pre-Sales- und Delivery-Teams
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik ist von Vorteil

Nice-to-haves

  • Erfahrung bei der Besetzung von Kundenmandaten sind ein Plus
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozesse sowie bestehende Beziehungen zu spezialisierten Beratungsunternehmen im Financial-Services-Umfeld sind von Vorteil
