Get hands-on experience working on real, tangible projects using the latest technologies, all while being guided by а dedicated mentor and supported by expert colleagues.

Learn all about:

Containerizing applications with Docker and similar tools
Orchestrating containers with Kubernetes, Kustomizer, Helm and Rancher
Deploying and monitoring systems on AWS
Developing and operating AWS Lambda serverless solutions

Besides that, you will have an opportunity to:

Get familiar with the assigned project eco-system and mission
Work on regular development stories coordinated by a dedicated mentor
Use the provided tools and established development processes
Participate in the team coordination meetings and events

You are a student in computer science, like to work in a team, have good communication skills, and are familiar with or interested in:

Design cloud-native solutions
Using docker to package and deliver services
Interest in automation and monitoring of complex systems

Basic knowledge in the following areas is considered a big plus:

Using Kubernetes as a cloud orchestrating tool
Knowledge of some CI / CD tools like Jenkins
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code systems concepts
Basic knowledge of AWS usage

This internship round will last for three months with accounted time for a summer vacation. Within legal and company policies, Netceterians/you can choose whether to work remotely or from a Netcetera office and enjoy flexible working hours. This hybrid working model demonstrates our commitment to achieving the best suitable private and professional life balance.

This will be, of course, based on the interns’ preferences, and agreed with their mentors.
