Customer Support Engineer (Java)

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer (Java) with software and system engineering skills!

By working with the latest technologies and following the SAFe development methodologies, you will be responsible for the reliability of our software and get to work in a dynamic environment driven by our customers’ requirements.

Your role

  • Working on numerous Java/Spring applications running on many hosts on multiple environments
  • Working with customers on new requirements and change requests
  • Incident response to diagnose and address customer concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement of the architecture, build, deployment and monitoring process
  • Migration of all services into cloud-enabled services
  • Providing knowledge transfer to the 1st level support team for operational topics

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in the development and deployment of applications (Java, Spring, Linux)
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • System engineering skills (Linux, networking, security) and experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science or software engineering or relevant field
