For our international legal team we’re looking for a Legal Counsel who will report to our Group Co-Head of Legal Operations, and also play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support in the contract negotiations with customers and/or internal stakeholders.

Your role:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g. various contracts and agreements, especially SaaS agreements incl. SLAs and license agreements, NDAs etc.) with focus on international contract law and IT/IP law
Support with negotiating agreements or clarification of legal matters with stakeholders (internally) and/or customers (externally)
Advising on legal issues of different areas, including but not limited to corporate, procurement, intellectual property, IT, and employment matters
Advise the respective internal stakeholders of the contractual rights and obligations as they pertain to their specific agreements
Create and maintain awareness for relevant local and/or international laws and regulations, and in close cooperation with the Compliance Department

Your profile:

Minimum of 3 & maximum 6 years of relevant practical experience in a legal capacity, preferably in an international software company
BA in Law
Skilled in legal drafting and handling matters in an international legal environment
English as fluent working language (speaking, negotiating and legal drafting)
Ability to work efficiently with and within various teams/stakeholders and give advice on a broad range of legal topics
Proactive, self-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on attitude with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
High standard of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability as well as strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Other language apart from English would be considered as plus
