Your tasks

  • Handling request and incidents sent to ServiceDesk via ticketing system, phone or direct approach from other employees
  • Constantly updating Service Desk documentation and proposing improvements, automation and optimizations
  • Basic system administration tasks, e.g. client OS setup, manage users and groups, resolve network and workplace issues
  • Managing hardware inventory (order, receive, document and distribute the hardware)
  • Workplace preparation for the employees
  • Supporting company events

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Experience with infrastructure based on Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365 and other applications
  • Basic knowledge from MacOS Administration
  • Basic networking concepts
  • It is a plus if you have knowledge of ITIL4 Foundation, Azure Administrator Foundation or ServiceNow Administrator Foundation
  • Additional experience with Configuration Manager (SCCM), Managing Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Jamf or other MDM platforms is an advantage
