As a Legal Counsel, reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel Manager, you will be part of our international legal team that plays a crucial role in providing legal advice and support in contract negotiations with customers and/or internal stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g. various contracts and agreements, especially SaaS agreements incl. SLAs and license agreements, NDAs etc.) with focus on German and international contract law and IT/IP law
- Support with negotiating agreements or clarification of legal matters with stakeholders (internally) and/or customers (externally)
- Advising on legal issues of different areas, including but not limited to corporate, procurement, intellectual property, IT, and employment matters
- Advise the respective internal stakeholders of the contractual rights and obligations as they pertain to their specific agreements
- Create and maintain awareness for relevant laws and regulations, especially for German law, and in close cooperation with the Compliance Department
