Your role

Work in a team that's responsible for the operation of workplace services such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft 365
Configuration of related infrastructure and ensuring all services operate as expected
Assisting with the migration of the current on premise infrastructure to Microsoft 365 solutions
Automation of repetitive tasks for quality and efficiency improvements
Maintaining the documentation and close interaction with the service desk for troubleshooting problems and improvement of the setup in general
Acting as a second level support in troubleshooting issues

Your profile

Proficiency in Windows 10 and/or macOS deployment, configuration management and patching
Experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Jamf Pro
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity setups
Have worked with Microsoft 365 services, especially Teams and Exchange Online administration
Understanding of basic security and networking concepts
You have a desire and are proficient in scripting and automation
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
