You will be responsible for supporting the life cycle of several applications by communicating with both the internal Scrum teams and within the eco-system of the customer.

The position is open for Skopje, Bitola & Ohrid

Your role

  • Support the release and deployment process by ensuring compliance with all the relevant SDLC rules and procedures as defined by the customer
  • Analyze upcoming changes in the customer's company-wide eco-system and ensure proper information flow to the affected Scrum teams
  • Gather/maintain required technical information for all relevant tools for the applications under your scope
  • Provide compliance guidance to teams regarding the creation and deployment of new applications
  • Provide support in operational and security risk management for the applications under your scope
  • Continuous improvement the existing processes
  • Communicate daily with the Scrum teams, as well as representatives from the customer’s side to manage the smooth operation of the applications’ delivery process
  • Maintain up to date documentation about the processes, tools and guidelines relevant to your role and the development teams
  • Effectively implement the Incident Management process and carry out the corresponding reporting
  • Manage the service ticket process to assure timely resolution and support

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in software development
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in either change management, process or project management office
  • Good understanding of software development processes and basic understanding of software architecture and infrastructure
  • Previous experience in working collaboratively across disparate teams and departments
  • Willingness to perform and control administrative tasks and processes accurately
