We are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our contracts worldwide. Here’s what you will do:

Your tasks:

  • Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting through execution to renewal or termination.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on contractual matters to all global subsidiaries.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business goals and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate and negotiate contract terms with customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular contract reviews and updates to reflect changes in laws or business operations.
  • Support digital and remote management of contracts to ensure seamless global operations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and support contract negotiations.

Your profile:

  • Law degree from a recognized institution.
  • 6-10 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Experience with a contract lifecycle management tool is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English language; German language skills are a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of international contract law and business practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to support and travel for business needs.
