Here’s how you can help:

Your tasks:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the contract lifecycle management tool
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and functionality of the system.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance and updates to the system.
  • Train and guide team members on the effective use of the system.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Report directly to the Head of Contract Operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and system implementation, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic legal knowledge or a strong willingness to acquire necessary legal expertise related to contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; German language skills are a significant plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to support and travel for business needs.
