This role is critical in deploying and managing our innovative contract lifecycle management tool. Here’s how you can help:

Your tasks:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the contract lifecycle management tool
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and functionality of the system.
Manage ongoing maintenance and updates to the system.
Train and guide team members on the effective use of the system.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Report directly to the Head of Contract Operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Your profile:

Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and system implementation, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic legal knowledge or a strong willingness to acquire necessary legal expertise related to contract management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; German language skills are a significant plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
Willingness to support and travel for business needs.
