Netcetera acquires proCentric

Netcetera acquired the IT company proCentric at the beginning of October 2022 and will take over all employees. Netcetera already owned a minority stake in proCentric. Increasing the stake to 100% is a strategic next step for the partnership. The two companies have been successfully working together in the fintech sector for around eight years and with the acquisition aim to cooperate even more closely and effectively.

The two companies bring excellent knowledge of the pension industry and technical and business expertise to the partnership.

Cumulated expertise for futureproof pension solutions

proCentric is a specialist in process-oriented solutions with in-depth expertise and experience in the pension industry. Netcetera's offering for the pension market will be even stronger as a result of the merger. The two companies see great potential for the development of new solutions in this industry. Together, they are now driving the further development of the pension administration system P40.

Netcetera's administration system covers the entire width of business processes of pension funds and ensures digital channels to policyholders and employers. Netcetera launched the platform in the fall of 2021 and has already successfully activated several pension providers.
