To ensure an efficient provision of its services to customers, Netcetera Group AG may engage its affiliates and some third parties as sub-processors. The sub-processors may have access to the personal data processed on behalf of the customers (customer’s data) as specified in the data processing agreement concluded with the customer.

Below you will find the complete list of currently engaged sub-processors with details on their processing activities, their locations and the legal basis according to GDPR and the FADP allowing the data transfer from Netcetera AG Switzerland or one of its affiliates to the country of the sub-processor.
