Qualified electronic signatures can be used, for example, in the context of consumer loan agreements, construction financing agreements, SEPA direct debit applications, bank account openings, capital-forming insurance policies/life insurance policies, authorizations of an insurance intermediary, temporary employment contracts and fixed-term employment contracts, rental and leasing agreements and their termination, e-tendering of public contracts and signatures of e-prescriptions, building applications and building permits, and any contracts and applications with a high legal liability risk.
Advanced Electronic Signature (AES)
It meets the requirements for textual communication with a high level of security. Advanced electronic signatures are used, among other things, for simple employment contracts, partnership agreements (GbR, oHG, KG), powers of attorney, annual financial statements, purchase agreements, patent and trademark agreements, or social security and pension insurance documents.
