Employees test the festival app at Rock Oz‘ Arènes

The 25th edition of the festival Rock Oz‘ Arènes offered, besides popular musicians, also a festival companion for the first time. Thanks to the smart phone app from Ticketcorner, developed by us, the guests always knew when a concert started and which musician was playing where. They put together their personal festival program, managed their cashless card and navigated securely through the grounds with the festival map.

Two of our employees joined the festival at the beginning of August in Avenches and tested the app. Reto Giger, one of our project managers, says: “I particularly liked the Favorites feature and the links to YouTube videos of the artists.” The app also offers a message board, news and the entire line-up, from which the guests choose their favorites to never miss a concert.

The app was developed by us for Ticketcorner and is already in use at other venues, such as the Hallenstadion in Zurich (download the app) and the Tissot Arena in Biel (download the app).
